What is my Concur username? How do I reset my Concur password?

How to reset your password:

1) Go to the login page of the concur website ( https://www.concursolutions.com/signin.asp ),

2) Choose "Forgot Password".

3) Type in your EBC email as the username, and Choose "Send me an email with a link to reset my password", click Submit.

4) Check your email and click the link to reset your password.

5) Type a new password.
