How to Install Parallels on a Mac

Install Parallels Desktop from Self Service. NOTE: it may fail the first or second time but will eventually succeed and install.

Open the Parallels Desktop application once it is installed.
Create an account with your EBC email, first and last name, and create a password
Follow the prompts to Install Windows

Once Windows has been installed, select the option for “I Have Subscription” and get a license from the Help Desk.
