- Install Parallels Desktop from Self Service. NOTE: it may fail the first or second time but will eventually succeed and install.
- Open the Parallels Desktop application once it is installed.
- Create an account with your EBC email, first and last name, and create a password
- Follow the prompts to Install Windows
- Once Windows has been installed, select the option for “I Have Subscription” and get a license from the Help Desk.
