Installing Print Drivers on a Mac
- Navigate to System Settings > Printers & Scanners
- If applicable, remove the printer you are needing to install the print drivers on (if it is already installed) by selecting the printer from the menu, then clicking the “-“ button, as shown below:
3. Once the printer is removed, navigate to the corresponding print drivers below to get the correct print drivers installed:
4. Scroll down and choose your current Operating System
5. Expand the option for your respective OS, and click “Download”
6. Once the corresponding Print Driver has downloaded, open the downloaded file, and double-click the .pkg to open it
7. Run through the prompts clicking “Continue” and “Agree” as prompted.
8. When you get to the “Install” option, select “Install” and enter your password.
9. Once the Print Drivers have been installed, go back to System Settings > Printers & Scanners
10. Click “+” on the list of printers and select the middle tab that looks like a globe on the "Add Printer" screen. Enter the following information:
MWD Office Printer
Address: 10.130.0.20
Name: MWD Office Printer
Use: Follow steps 11-13.
11. For the Use option, select the dropdown menu and select “Select Software…”
12. In the software list that pops up, search for the following drivers for the respective printers:
Ricoh IM C4510
13. Select the corresponding driver, and click “OK”
14. Click “Add” to add the printer
